Thanks, good deal. You can also get the Sony Ericsson J100i free if you buy £30 of airtime:

Can the Sony Ericsson be unlocked for free like the Nokia can?
#5
Thanks for this. Just ordered one via quidco:thumbsup: with my tesco credit card  and I assume it will be on their standard tariff so will get half price calls and texts to 3 favourite numbers as well

you could always recycle the phone with tesco and get 500 points (20 quid in deals).....so £30 airtime effectively costs £10 (£4 after quidco.)

'fraid not, nicer mobile because it has a colour screen, but put a Tenner aside to unlock it.

I only see the 1110 not the 1100, can the 1110 be unlocked also?

Ordered 2, Both arrived today via special delivery, and my £12 quidco tracked also! THANKS, voted hot.

If you minus the 5 quid SD costs tescos are making about 9 quid on these.... hehehehehehehehe

Nice one thank you :-) Ordered for my parents as they already have the Nokia 1100 and even they can operate it ;) So now they can text each other :)

If you spend £30 on airtime Tesco will unlock it for you. Sadly the £30 initial doesn't count - which is not exactly clear.

Quick question. Im really tempted with this offer

Does the voucher come preloaded on the phone or could i give it someone?

I want to unlock the phone to Three, but then sell the Voucher for 15 to a friend who is on tesco

Thanks

NathRSW: not sure about the vouchers but unlocking to 3 is a non starter. 3 SIMS (uSIMS for pedants) check if the phone is a 3G handset and if not either lock up the hanset or keep rebooting it. The only 2G handsets I have ever got working with a a 3SIM are an old phillips savvy and an even older Nokia 5110. To get techie the 3 SIMs use the Sim application toolkit to ****** things up if they don't like your phone. The reason they do this is if you use your 3 SIM in 2G onlt mode it costs 3 real money out of the door to O2 or whoever is providing the 2G coverage for them (I think Orange are supposed to take over soon).

The airtime does not expire. I wondered exactly the same thing so I called them earlier today and that was the answer they gave. I also asked the question about unlocking (& £30 voucher).

This tracked within a few hours for me today. Bought in the afternoon at work, came home, logged in, £6 showing.
