I got this a few weeks ago and another on order.
£7.50 quidco.
The fone is unlocked and basic but very easy to use by an older person, which was the reason for ordering.

First time using quidco .

With £7.50 quidco this is a brilliant deal.
#21
can sell the phone (NEW) for £15 to CEX
#22
spot on - thanks
#23
If you go for the option of Orange or Vodafone, does the £10 credit have to be added to the sim that will come with the phone - or will it be a voucher? I ask as I can make use of an Orange top up for my sons phone.

I know that the phone costs more(£12.95) but with £7.50 Quidco, £12 CEX and the £10 top up that we have already

I got one to use with Vodafone for roaming at UK rates during the summer.

The phone looks and feels cheap as hell - with about 6 strips of plastic running over the front, each accommodating two or three key locations (so no keys on their own).

Apart from that it is really good. The radio was used quite heavily on holiday - as you could set it as a clock radio alarm. The battery lasts for ages, far longer than any other phone I have had. The screen has MASSIVE writing, which was good for reading texts while almost asleep, or dazzled in bright sunlight.

The only downsides are shoving it in your pocket/phone pouch without locking the keys - as pressing the top of the square silver Nokia trademark key shoves on the torch, and the keys are pretty sensitive to thinking they have been pressed, so often you can see calls to really strange key sequencies - the same key is a bit annoying, as unlike other Nokias it has no centre press for select - you need to use a hot key for that.

Regarding the internet - I keep getting texts when the Vodafone sim is in telling me there is a firmware update to let me access the net - but I suspect this might be in error.

Its been dropped often - i have used it while renovating a flat - working on my cars - at the side of the pool on holiday - in the gym - and its so cheap it does not really matter what happens to it. But you really take a liking to it - as the reception is also better than my other Nokia, and there are no fears in using it regardless of how messy you are at the time you need to use it.

Lastly - if you use it with the Nokia AC-8X charger - what you save in electricity could pay for the phone and charger during the life of the phone.

I should add - if there is anything specific anyone would like to know about it - its sitting next to me - so ask me and I will check.

Quidco says cashback is "per basket, not per item". Does that imply only one cashback is paid per order - no matter how many items are in the basket?

Just in case I thought I would order some individually. However, on the second order the site says that my CC was not validated - even though all the details are correct.

Yes, I ordered two separately so they both tracked on QC (within an hour).

Arrived this morning via CityLink, charging up at the mo but worked fine with a Virgin PAYG sim them. Handset feels a bit flimsy but can't complain for the money!
