Possible £7.50 cash back tcb or quidco

Nokia 1661 Black

If you dont want the phone cex giving £10 trade in or up to £7 cash (t-mobile)

purchased one from their sister site mobiles.co.uk and with t-mobile the sim is separately packaged and the phone was unlocked, whereas all the ones I have purchased on orange before are locked to orange.

£7.50 for Pay as you go mobile

great offer

Excellent deal, just informed my mother of this deal as her Nokia 3110 Classic went 'missing' from her bag. 0.90p for a phone is a steal!

I bought this as part of a contract a few months ago as it was a very good deal, highlighted on this site. the plan was to use the sim in her previous Samsung 'super' phone

She had had trouble last yerar with her Samsung in the house, certain rooms had poor signal. The Nokia 1661 works in every room, so she ended up sticking with it.

Sure, it's not the best phone, but it makes calls and takes calls, that's all my wife wants.

Heat from me

Already posted as a mobioles.co.uk deal a few days ago, but this one gives the choice of 3 different networks for the same 90p http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/nokia-1661-pay-as-you-go-10-90-inc-/731895

Got one myself then :)

How are phones from e2save credited with the £10?
I only ask because I've just set up the 99p LG from them and I'm still waiting for the credit to register on the sim. Should it have come with a top-up voucher?
Cheers

Let's see if I've got this right.

I already have a T-mobile PAYG phone and a Quidco account.

I need to top up my current phone so ... I log into Quidco and then via e2save buy a new phone for 90 pence, purchase £10 worth of airtime within 3 days of purchase and then get paid back £7.50 from Quidco.

Thus I've paid £3.40 for ten quids' worth of airtime and I've got an extra phone on my hands that I might be able to flog for another tenner!

Thus turning £3.40 = £20. Err, call me a cynic but that sounds too good to be true. Or maybe I've misread it. Please put me straight if I'm wrong.

thats how it works!

Orange also have a free cinema ticket deal every Wednesday. So in theory I could get a free ticket and sell the phone to buy another ticket and therefore go to the cinema completely free with a friend, and maybe make a bit of profit. I haven't worked it all out but I think it's possible.

It said something about a credit check while filling in my details...they wouldn't bother with that surely? Not sure it's worth having a credit check done for a cheap payg phone.

Hot, even if they dont come through on the quidco (fingers crossed) then it is still a great deal. This will make a great going out and getting drunk phone, 90p not the end of the world if you get too merry and leave it somewhere
#15
Ordered! Don't take your decent dog & bone on the P155, take one of these.

The Talk Mobile is Open to ANY Network!
#16
no credit check, i asked. also quidco paid out last time so no reason to doubt them..
#17
NO credit checks

My t-mobile sim came enclosed with the phone and when I slotted it into the phone my credit was already there.

In the past I have had problems with orange taking up to 3 days to add the credit

Also even if you dont want to deal with cex you could deal with cashinmyfone (owned by envirofone), I got £4.50 from tcb and £2.62 from cashinmyfone, all I had to do was wait for my jiffy bag from cashinmyfone and put it in the post. Furthermore if you take your payment from cashinmyfone by way of argos vouchers you get 10% more

I bought a similar phone from mobiles.co.uk with quidco cashback and am very pleased with it, but make sure you read the small print when you get the phone because they include one month 'free' insurance and technical support, both of which you have to cancel after that or you will get charged. Carphone Warehouse are behind these companies and cancelling involves an 0870 call to them which could be expensive depending on how long you have to listen to the music for!

Yea do all that then flog it to a mobile recyling company (around about £5 they are offering if you go via a good site, plus the cashback on top of that about £3) so in theory you could be quids in around £5, gonna get myself one of these! :D

Would this still be the case if you didn't 'activate' the supplied SIM card? I've just stuck my O2 card in meantime...

I bought mine from mobiles.co.uk recently and the confirmation email referred to the "free" insurance and technical support. I intend cancelling mine well before the free month is up.

Has anyone found the "free insurance" in the small print, i cant find it...
#25
I think this insurance etc talk is about contract phones, I think due to lazyness or whatever the site/emails tell you about it even though it doesn't apply to payg. I've bought loads of phones from these guys and never had any insurance set up for payg. Contract I have which you'd need to cancel.

delivery received today! do you need to phone t-mobile or register on the web to activate the topup?
#27

Got this deal from mobiles.co.uk. On both sites the handset is now £4.90 but I think it's still a good deal.
