I bought this, gotten my first cash back transfer but they skimmed £15.00 for some reason.

I've been meaning to phone them as there isn't anything in the terms about any charges.

Sure this was was was meant to happen - alot of people think they get more with the first cashback than what is in the T&C's - basically they split it into equal payments for the term of the contract and not necessarily matching what you have paid out till the end of the contract.
