Ok, I know that the Nokia is a rubbish phone but you are getting the iPhone free. The text/minutes bundle is 600 minutes or up to 1200 texts.

Seems weird, the iphone is only on O2 network unless you unlock it, but i cant see this being real as most of the first gen iphone sold out when they knocked £100 off so unless this is the 3G iphone (highly unlikely) then sounds like a con.

just my 2p worth.

I do see what you are saying but you have a cooling off period that if they didnt honour this then you can have the contract rescinded. In my opinion, if you are out of contract, try it.

Do you think they are mixing up the iPhone and the iPod Touch?

No, I did think that initially. They also offer the iTouch as a gift with other handsets. They state sim free so they definitely mean iPhone.

Not sure how they can sell it sim free as my understanding on iPhone is that when you update the firmware you are going to either relock the handset to 02 if a UK sourced iPhone or risk locking it totally. So unless Apple is changing the way firmware updates work thuis sounds very dodgy

You have to claim for it with your paid Bill and you will receive it in 28 days after that
So no chance of cooling off

16. Free Gifts And Upfront Cash Backs

16.1. How to claim
All you need to do is return your claim form signed, along with your "first paid" mobile phone bill.(This will be the 2nd bill you receive from your chosen network or a copy bank statement showing this payment along with your first bill). Bills received after this date will not qualify for their gift. Bills must not show “outstanding money” from previous bill or any “changes to your tariff originally connected at point of order”. Alternatively should you wish to receive your gift sooner please refer to our documentation that will enclosed in your delivery. Please take copies before you send these bills to us as we will not be able to return them. Claim documents will be processed 7 days after delivery and must be received within 90 days of connection. Claims received after 90 days will not be paid and classed as void.

16.5. All successful claims will be paid within 28 days of receiving your claim. The actual date that you should expect the payment will be sent to you by email when we confirm that your claim has been successful.

If I was out of contract I would be willing to take the chance. There are ways around getting them to honour this and if they dont, you would no doubt have justification for having the contract ended for misrep.

Rubbish - your contract is with the network - you can try claiming off the retailer, but if this is a cod, they'll probably not be there in a few weeks.

Anyone dealt with them?

I would avoid guys, very dodgy and not even that great a deal.

You can buy the iphone for £269 and you dont have to activate it so it is sim free. The reason people are calling this dodgy is because its too good a deal to be true.

I tend to agree. Never heard of these guys before this offer and I wouldn't want to end up with a brick after the first update.
