Once again, E2SAVE / Carphone Warehouse is scamming credit card details. After just receiveing one of these phones from them, I tried to use my card at Tesco and it needed phone verification. I called the bank and they said someone's tried fraudulently using my details and had cloned my card!! I've only ever used it with these lot!! Fast delivery but someone's jotting down your card details and trying to use them elsewhere!

Don't buy from e2save. Remember this name e2save as I am a victim. I bought a Blackberry from them 25 August. The handset had nothing but problems. It would went black after I dialled a number, suddenly turn on or off until I had no idea whether the damn thing was on or off. They sent you the thing real fast, but after 4 days of trials, I returned it only to have it back 2 days later to find the same old faults.

The man from e2save on the phone taunted me that I could not get a refund as the money had already been taken from my account. You will need to contact Leicester trading standards and the experience has been stressing me so well out. Another previous punter said on here that some nasty staff from e2save told him to read the small print which says that as it is clearance stock, some accessories might not be there. There is no email address and even the phone number 0871 number was wrong as it should have been 087 ...522 and instead they put 222. So far, I have paid out £6 for postage, using 2nd class recorded delivery!

Beware! Check out its sorry stories on moneysavingexpert!:x:x:x:x

I have the feeling that the man who dropped the phone in the loo work for them as I think I have read the same phone in loo story in the previous pitch for e2save.

How come so many people dropped the phones in their loos when it came to e2save phones?????
