Nokia 5800 on Dolphin 30 @ Dialaphone..
Reduced from £30 to £20 on 18 month contract.

Unlimited texts, 400 minutes & unlimited calls to one number, and free internet evenings & weekends for 2 months.

£60 quidco for dialaphone, so works out at just £16.67 a month over the course of the contract, £300 in total.

Interested to know if there are any deals to beat this, if not I might order this fairly soon.
Cheers :)

shame thats not 'free internet' :P also are you meant to put price less quidco? :D but still looks ok to me :D
#2
Yeah I dunno what the correct way to do it is?
Other deals I was looking at seem to quote the price taking into account quidco, but I guess it's a bit misleading.

even without quidco I think it's pretty good. I pay £20 month for 300mins, 100txt on Orange.
#7
How much is oranges internet add on?
#8
After the initial 2 months it will be an extra £5/month if you want to carry on with it.
#9
Just ordered this - free next day delivery to boot :)
Was passing through town so went into Carphone Warehouse and Phones4U and they were shocked it was a deal - couldn't get anywhere near it

vodafone £15 a month with £90 quidco,, 100 mins & 500 texts or £20 a month if u need unlimited texts, 24 months tho but thats only £11.25 a month after quidco thats £270, the phones not much cheaper so i cant see them making much money on me ;-)
#11
This price does not include VAT my bro got the same deal from dialaphone around launch. They should make this more clear
#12
Just want to warn people that some of the dialaphone quidcos have been getting declined of late. I raised an enquiry about it but not head anything so far....
#13
Vodafone currently have a much better deal on for this phone...

Also, its against the rules to add the discount of quidco on to the price.
#14
It is 50 pound for orange on quidco so monthly charges would be 17.22
banned#15
from my experience - orange do not include vat on their prices
#16
Is this still a good deal?
#17
Any one got this because my microphone is faulty already, no one can hear me when i make and receive calls the phone is only a few months old..
#18
im thinking of buying this phone from play get it unlocked and use it with my 12 month 02 simplicity sim.

The missus won one of these yesterday off the Pepsi comp. It's a three way fight who's having it. Sadly, I'm losing at the moment. :?
#23
mind you you can get 600 minutes for the same price as there is 8 months at £12.50.
#24
are dialaphone a good company.
#25
didn't realise you could get quidco on top of the dialaphone deals!
with orange at the moment £17 a month (heavily reduced racoon 30!), unlimited landlines and 300/400 txt/mins ish. but because i get it so so cheap the free phone i can get in my very soon upgrade will be very very cheap/rubbish! so it think i may well use dialaphone!

Excellent question... and one I wished I'd asked before buying an O2 PAYE Nokia 5800 from Dialaphone beginning of June.

My battery has since died on me - I phoned the repair centre who said as it's the battery I need to speak to Dialaphone and they gave me the sales telephone number which rang for few mins before being answered. I was then told I needed to speak to customer services and they transferred me - the phone rang for 15 mins before I was disconnected. I phoned customer service again, got stuck on a continuous loop for over an hour on their automated customer service line because they didn't recognise my date of birth. I finally gave up and emailed them - 2 days later I've just had a reply telling me to contact their repair centre, so I'm back where I started.

From a personal point of view I think their customer service is extremely poor. I've since googled them and plenty of others think the same way.

I thought I was getting a bargain buying from dialaphone - 2 months later with my phone not working and no idea of how/when I'm going to get a new battery, I'm wishing I'd asked your question first before rushing ahead and buying the phone

if you take it to a big carphonewarehouse they are nokia service centres and should be able to sort you out if there is a problem. here is the link for finding your nearest repair centre

Remember £90 for quidco. Makes it cheaper, and the vodaphone has internet included as well.

£17.50 x 10 = £175 (first ten months of the deal)
£35 x 8 = £280 (final 8 months of contract)

= 455£ minus £90 (quidco) = £365

Not bad for 600mins + unlimited texts over 18 months

A top deal, I got this for my sister a little while back. This has been previously posted on here and didnt seem to get much heat , it seems a good compromise for phone/number of minutes and price.

18 x 16.67 = £300 so this is cheaper if ya not bothered about internet

Just to let people worried about Dialaphone quidco payouts know , I ordered this phone less that 2 months ago and has been paid out today.
