Good price but their T&Cs won’t appeal to everyone:

“All applications will be verified for eligibility upon receipt.
Mobiles2YourDoor reserve the right to refuse to accept applications at our sole discretion.
When your claim is processed, you will be sent a new claim form (where applicable) to enable you to process your next claim.
Any failed claim invalidates all future claims.”

If you send the T&Cs according to the correct terms then they will pay out the cashback. I'm not entirely sure why the get-out clause "Mobiles2YourDoor reserve the right to refuse to accept applications at our sole discretion" is in there (possibly to direct people to who have messed up claims?) but they can't actually use that on the basis of rejecting a claim, due to the rules on "unfair terms" in contracts/T&Cs.

But hey, the point is - I've never had a problem. And they're very likely to be around when you come to claim your cashback as they are a part of the "4u" group which is owned by a large private company with plenty of funding. The main problem people have been having with cashback is that companies have been too small and haven't managed their finances well and collapsed. M2YD is a solution to that, at least.

Ducky is right!

Got my first cheque from m2yd, took quite a while but reports are that they've fixed the issues and cheques are now arriving very quickly. Several people have received their second now. Part of phones4u so shouldn't be any problems.

Thanks for the feedback on M2YD. Always re-assuring. :)

I've had no problems with M2YD. Cashback has been going fine so far and had a free Wii from them when I started my contract last September.

Hmmm from me too! A friend did 2 cashback deals through companies that went bust and he is left with £800 of line rental to pay!

Good to hear that it is part of 4U though. I would do a deal through e2save as it is part of CPW.

Then again is it legally connected to 4U or is it a separate entity and as such could just declare bankruptcy with no liability if it gets to many people successfully claiming?

Will have a think about it. Thanx to the OP.

It's a trading devision of phones4u, don't think they could just split them as they're not seperate companies, but not sure.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. :)
