Unfortunately, loads of people are having problems claiming cashback from them.

Does this site require you to send the original bills within 14 days of the billing date for each claim?

Not sure about PBD, but there is no 14 day requirement with The Mobile Outlet. :)

Thats really tough. !!! 14 days from the date of the bill - if the network delays the bill by few days, you'll have trouble claiming cashback on time. Failing to claim 1 cashback will make the rest of the claim void.

Mobile Outlet are now allowing 30 days for each claim as is Phoneboxdirect. :)

this is why our excel schedules are important and that people stick to the dates predicted in those schedules in posting off those claims, just a few days delay can cost hundreds, you don;t delay, you do not excuse, you do it.

If you cannot do that, you stick to E2Save/OSPS/CPW etc where the deals are just not as good, obviously because less people screw up so margins are less.

nice to see PB and TMO going 28days, i wonder if BMP will change that.

i had loads of problems with BMP, where they said that I had only sent the 4th bill in for my first claim instead fo the first four bills, I had to chase them and then they advise that as per there t&c's that because i had defaulted on the first cashback then i couldnt claim the others, I had put all 4 bills in the envelope but obviosuly had no proof, this went on for a month and for the sake of 40.00 i was going to go to a small claims court because i'm sure they had done this to other people and seemed a very good way of them keeping the money. managed to speak to a guy that acts as a referral link for them (on another forum) and he had a word and got my 140.00 first cashback claim, still go three more to claim and would touch this company ever again, i got my wife a cashback deal from e2save and have to say they have been fine.

these guys are rubbish i would not get any contract from them.....

i have dun and lost £300++...never again.:x :x

I wouldnt say you've lost £300 per say..

as with all cashback contracts, I would say only buy into them if you can afford the tariff without cashback.

Welcome to HUKD!

I'm afraid I can't agree, you take out a deal on the basis that it's 12 months free, I wouldn't take it otherwise. Therefore you were promised £300 and they don't give it to you you lose £300!
#11
This is a difference of opinion here, but i agree with supersizeme, if you cant afford these contracts then you shouldn't be going for them. At the very least you should be able to afford the monthly bill.

I expect he could afford them, that's not the point, someone owes you £300 and they don't pay, you've lost £300! Simple as that!
