Tesco uses O2, so yes, O2 sim will work in tesco phones. Asda use vodafone so vodafone sim will work in asda phone, and vice versa.

tesco use o2 yes,but 02 sims only work in some of their phones-all phones on the asda network are completely unlocked to any network

today? I think not... You can correct yourself later though :o)

We apologise for any inconvenience, but unfortunately we are currently unable to take any new orders in Scotland & the Scottish Isles. This is due to the adverse weather conditions causing a build up of orders. However, if you have already placed an order we will do our very best to deliver your items as soon as possible.

Well spotted kgirisankar.....

PHONES4U PAY-AS-YOU-GO PRICE LIST:

T-Mobile Pay As You Go £64.95 price subject to purchasing £10 T-mobile airtime (£74.95 Total)

Orange Pay as You Go £49.95 price subject to purchasing £10 Orange airtime (£59.95 Total)

Virgin Mobile - Addict Tariff £69.95 price subject to purchasing £10 Virgin airtime (£79.95 Total)

Vodafone Simply £64.95 price subject to purchasing £10 Vodafone airtime (£74.95 Total)

O2 Pay and Go Talkalot £69.95 price subject to purchasing £10 O2 Airtime (£79.95 Total)

I thought it was worth posting the full list as some people may prefer particular networks.... just as some may prefer to have the Orange network & £10 of Orange credit, others may prefer Tesco's network, getting clubcard points and a £5 ecoupon (Quidco available at both retailers)

Ahh, so your first comment was both irrelevant and ambiguous :o)

How do you get the £20 discount?
Take your receipt to the customer services, or buy it as part of your shopping.

Would the C3 from Tesco work on Giffgaff? I am tempted to go for the tesco offer if it is still valid.Or this offer at phones4U http://www.phones4u.co.uk/shop/shop_payg_details.asp?ItemKey=424408&MPItemKey=446263

Drat looks like they have stopped the free £5 voucher, ah well , might wait for sales next week in case any more reductions.
Also no cashback from quidco/TCB for tesco mobile pay as you go handsets
