Nokia C3 unlocked for 49.95 if you ask for one as an upgrade with your current provider i.e.Orange. Just need your mobile number. Didn't even ask to see my old phone for proof. No top-up required as it is an upgrade. Sales guy said Unlocked phones are dependent on stock. If unlocked ones have been sold a locked one is provided. Still good price for Nokia phone.

+1 - I'm interested in purchasing one, as both of my Nokia 6300 handsets are now on the blink!

i was told that your exsiting sim must have been active for a minimum of 6 months. They type it in the computer and its verified to see if it's eligable. I confirm that my O2 sim was eligble, I got it during the world cup £5 promotion.
However my sons Orange sim activated very recently was rejected. So they do check. This is however a hot deal.

Can it be had for this price online?

Verdict

The Nokia C3 clearly isn't the be all and end all, and betrays its sub-£100 price in its low resolution screen, limited number of functions, and slow performance. However, if you're happy to be a little patient at times it holds up very well. Its screen quality is great, it's well built and nicely designed, the keyboard is nice to use, and the software is easy to get to grips with. For the money, we really can't think of a better phone.
