Any thread over one month old would be fair enough to receive a repost if there is a price drop or not, as this allows newer members to receive notification of that deal. With site membership increasing as fast as it is, that would become more significant for new users, as it would be unlikely for them to easily stumble across a month old thread.

Does anyone know if I would be able to 'up'grade to this?

I am currently on 3 on 700 minutes/texts a month 14 months into a 18 month contract, their online upgrade system never ever sees to be working.

Thanks in advance

I think you'll just have to ring or go to your local 3 shop.
Online upgrade is never working for me either, and I think I am now out of my contract period.

Thats a joke right :?

3 has the best 3G coverage of all the networks and will roam on Orange 2g as back up,
They do seem to have really expanded the 3G coverage the past year or so and my phone rarely has to switch to Orange.

have you nothing better to do? :?

If it's 1 month and a day, 3 months, "2months+3 weeks" or whatever does it really matter?

Anything over 1 month is fair-game for a repost.

Just don't hold your horses when it comes to quidco with 3, a mobile I ordered from 3 last April has only just paid out and that was after having to raise an earnings equiry and quidco declining it...

The E63 is a great phone, best phone I have ever had without a doubt.

I got this phone from Virgin on a pay monthly contract this Monday.
I had to call to order since I couldnt see the tarrif I wanted online, but I spoke to one of their sales advisors who did me the phone free, on an 18month contract at £12pm with the first two months free. The £12 tariff wasnt on their offers page, but gives me 150mins + 250 texts + 100 mins free virgin/virgin.

I thought it was a good deal, and I realise I could have got quidco on the £10 deal on their site but 100mins/100texts just isnt enough.

Anyway... might be of help to someone.

all 3 phones have free msn and skype whether you have PAYG credit or you're on a contract.
the £10 covers the unlimited TXTS and 75mins, aswell as the phone.
#20
Can you put the contract length in the title?

And is the Twitter deal time limited? (I'm on PAYG and I seem to remember it saying it was for a limited time!)

And heat added, Three DO have the UK's best 3G service. :D

See, i would say it was the other way around with reception.

Virgin was awful, to the point where i couldnt walk from my girlfriends house to a house two doors down with it losing signal.

With 3 its great everywhere.

Maybe there is but it doesnt change the fact its True :whistling:

Couldn't recommend three enough for their 3g coverage(especially in northern ireland!) three and vodafone seem about the only ones that care about increasing 3g coverage over here.
Three have also covered my area in 3g for four years now! Vodafone have just caught up. Don't listen to people talking about their coverage til you try it yourself!

I have had this phone with this offer for a long while now and i have not had 1 problem with it.
Nothing wrong with this company and service!

good all round phone, great signal strengh but battery poor, 2 days max

I love this phone I managed to get one during a glitch on 3 website.Same deal but also unlimited internet for £8 a month. The battery life is excellent. The only thing I wish this phone had more is hsdpa, as it's only 3g.
#31
3 has the worst customer service in the world. They transfer you around the world before you end up in Glasgow where they have no idea of respecting you and they do not have any supervisors thee to escalate. I would advise anybody to avoid 3 whatever the deal!
#32
I have this phone on 3 and it has been great. I get signal in my house most of the time where as my other one didn't. I am now sending it to envirofone as changed my contract to a blackberry storm2 and they are giving me £75.66 back for it, so not bad considering I paid £81 for it in December.
Battery life wasn't too bad usually got 3 days but then when it checks email 24/7 what did I expect?

its just as fast as any other phone for browsing, i tested it against the e71 which has hsdpa, and they both loaded exactly the same.

depends if you prefer to have less texts, less 3g coverage, longer contract and no quidco :whistling:

the reception on 3 is pretty good tbh, works in the pub when other providers havent. I got £15 credit in store as decided not to do via online. theres plenty of free stuff on the internet side too
perfect for low phone call user but texting a lot. Great phone with the qwerty keyboard
#38
I got this deal the last time it was on...at xmas time.
The phone is great, really happy with it. 3 customer service is a bit dodgy tho. Took 4 calls to their Indian call centre to try and get the phoned activated !
WARNING ! - don't bank on the cashback...I ordered it via Quidco but 3 have become experts at ducking out of paying cashback....u will almost certainly get the "another marketing channel has been credited with the sale" excuse.

Quidco ....£20 for pay monthly mobile contracts (on £10 and £15 plans).

Oh yes and longer minutes

so £12.50 less quidco - 1900 less text messages - 6 month longer contract thats quite alot of extra money for the sake of 25 mins.

t mobile plan £220 over contract term (inc quidco)
3 plane £147.80 over contract term (inc quidco)
