  Previously posted at £139-95 including required £10 top up. This is £129-95 but requires you to buy a £10 top-up which is £139-95 in total and therefore same price as previous post to me.

  They are roughly the same spec wise, each is better on a few features than the other. and that's all. The Lumia does have a faster processor and comes with Nokia Drive (sat nav) for free. You can also claim a £20 apps voucher from Nokia which makes the price difference effectively only £20. The battery on the HTC is also sealed in, with the Lumia you can buy extra batteries and swap out as you need without invalidating the warranty.

  I looked at this and the HTC but spec wise I'd be going with the nokia - a 1.4ghz processor as opposed to 1ghz plus being able to swap out the batteries with most of the other details being very similar would swing the deal the way of the pricier handset

  I'm my day job I get to play with loads of phones and see how much they are used on a large website. Have to say the lumia and windows phone in general doesn't have much use at the moment, but it's a damn good phone. I myself have a 4s, but you know what, if you don't want to pay that amount for a phone, this is brilliant. Few niggles here and there, mostly for me because the browser is a little pants, but even that should be sorted out soon.
