  very good phone for a none power user... I had it for a while and went back to my N8 due to the lower quality camera (5MP LED flash vs 12MP Xenon Flash).
  Also, there is no option to download podcasts other than using Zune on your PC.
  
  My dad and girlfriend both have the Lumia 800 and find it fantastic... the above 2 things are the only issues...
  Things like Travel and Maps etc are much better than most iphone type apps.
  
  The main reason this is going to be cheap is that it's a windows 7.5 phone, with windows 8 only a few weeks away... a special update will be made to the operating system on this model to make it a windows 7.8, which is a nice gesture by Nokia :)

  cheaper than payg ! you can get it PAYG for £265 from Asda so looks a good deal

  hmmm im not sure whicho to got for here as the 710 and 800 both seem just as good as each other

  Exactly spamfritter, £35 on top of the Asda price gets you two years line rental thrown in. Even cheaper if TCB or QC cough up. And you don't have to cough up all the cash at once.

  the 800 looks a lot slicker than the 710 .. they will go down more post the nokia announcement .. i'm waiting to get my father one
  
  .. for him win 7 phone is perfect and he loved the optimus 7 he had (new for £100) which has just died
  
  .. i have been very pleased with win 7 though find it a bit too applesque in the way its locked down in file transfer and the cameras are not the greatest
  
  .. looking forward to a windows 8 nokia with pureview cam, microsd storage and the death of the zune sware !
  
  .. as someone said before nokia apps are awesome .. i have them hacked on my optimus 7 and the free music streaming app and turn by turn navigation are particularly awesome more so as they are free

  Heat added - but I really don't know whether to get this or to wait for a Windowss 8 phone: Not that I've ever had a smart phone; I'm still using a Nokia 6700 classic!

  I picked up one for the wife yesterday, too good a deal to miss out on. Very nice phone to use.
