Got these for £1.99 last week, but that deal is no longer available so this is still a good price.

Good speakers, word of warning, although it states otherwise, these are not compatible with iPhones unless you use an adaptor jack.

They were £6.99 last week; how did you manage to get them for £1.99?

Bought these for £5.99 last time they were posted, very happy with them, so portable. As already said, an adapter jack for use with ipod's is not included, but it can be an included item through other vendors (see earlier posting).

Same here - I bought em last time too - they are indeed excellent - perfect for travel. Three thumbs up.

Got these last time.

If you have an n95 don't bother. They are no louder than the internal speakers.

"Let's face it, these Nokia Mini Speakers MD-8 will blow you away"

Let's face it, if we write flowery enough marketing messages we can bamboozle millions of drooling punters. :)

Strange on all 3 of my n95's they are better.

These speakers are louder but I know what you mean (it's close) but if you cannot hear the difference in quality between the internal speakers of your n95 and these then 1 or the other is broken or your ears are.

Seems a good deal, perfick for the beach!

Although it states compatible with E65 its not.

why not ?

E65 doesnt have a headphone jack.

Just to clarify on a previous poster. Only the 1st generation iPhone would need the adapter, as it's headphone socket is recessed.

Then you will have to get what I did to deal with this Pop Port nonsense(it's horrible why nokia keep on using it is retarded and the data/cable eventually just won't stay in with use) I got an adaptor for my 3300 a few years ago from ebay to use any headphones on it

i noticed a good difference on my n95 with these speakers a lot more clearer instead of tinny sound off the built in 1, there worth the money so they are.

They work on my ipod touch a dream, excellent quality!

I won some of these last week as a runner up in a T Mobile promo. I thought they'd be rubbish but I was pleasantly surprised, they're fab for a barbie or picnic, impressively good sound considering the price and size. I was going to give them to my son but definitely keeping them for myself.

Still wish I'd won the first prize of a Nokia 5800 though!

When the op says he got these for £1.99......I am guessing it was the following offer.

These were one of the items in a selection of stuff where you could get "£5 off if you spent £35" for Fathers day. Last week they were £6.99.

Once you got the £35 of stuff in your basket it knocked £5 off a "random" item - it did the same for me with these speakers - so they "appeared" as £1.99 at checkout instead of £6.99. It just meant knocking £5 off an item instead of the £35 total. If you went below a £35 spend they went back to £6.99.

However I couldn't check out so missed out totally !

As the OP says - the offer is no longer available, it was a promotion for Fathers Day, spend £35 and get £5 off. It wasn't a mis-price at £1.99.

Are these as good as the JBL On Tour speakers that were on offer not too long ago?
