The Nokia N770 is now back at 129.99 delivered, was 170 yesterday! Price keeps changing and I'm so close to getting this kit!

If you're unsure what this do a search through this site to find many expired links.

I bought this from Amazon last week at £139.99 - do I remember someone mentioning you can get the difference refunded if it goes down in price within 30 days? If so, anyone got the link?

I also bought this at the higher price and will claim back the difference . I was hoping the price might have dropped further - even back to the £99 of a few weeks ago. However, this isn't likely to happen now if there's a flurry of sales following this latest post!

I'm not convinced this setup is that good as a GPS.
If you want it for the other things you can do with the 770 then
go for it.
However, if you want a GPS you may be better off with
the other offers I've seen on HUKD recently.

I find the interface a bit clumsy - for example I sometimes
like to avoid motorways. I'm sure I've seen this as an option
on some systems.
On Navicore I've had to specify lots of waypoints to stop
it from defaulting to motorways.

Agree that it it is not as easy to use as say TomTom but it works fine. A lot more entertaining than other Sat Navs when you're stuck in traffic on the motorway for a couple of hours as I was recently. Plays a reasonable game of chess. Makes a handy UpnP client, works with lots of media servers.

Well I got to use mine properly today for the first time.
I take back what I said before.

It worked pretty well, it's very quick to re-calculate your
route, once it realises you're going a different way.
The windscreen attachment works really well.

Only problem was the screen was difficult to see in bright sunlight.
But I guess they all have this problem.
