Nice phone, not a bad deal, but wouldn't use Mobile Rainbow or any one of their many incarnations!

Still trying to get my 3rd cashback 2 months after it was due and I have had to fight and battle with them to get the first 2 cashback payments, they have been awful for want of a better expression.

Would find a different phone with a better cashback retailer, IMHO.

Ah yea i see! Seems, you have to mention legal action to get anywhere.

I've used e2save and mobileshop before with no problems.

Thanks

Photocopy your receipts and send them by recorded delivery, never heard a peak out of them!

I've used Mobile Rainbow before and not had any problems whatsoever out of them...as long as you follow the T's & C's to the letter, they will pay. I've always sent the documents via recorded delivery and follow up with a call a few days later to ensure they've received everything.

Their terms have got more difficult with this new contract, but again, I expect no issues as long as I follow them. It's just a case of being organised really...
