There is a high risk that mobile operators can decline to cancel your contract if the Co. goes burst.

I don't think any operator would cancel your contract if the shop selling the cashback deal went bankrupt its nothing to do with them. But e2save is as safe as your gonna get.

Yup. :)

Although, OFCOM will be bringing rules in soon which will make the networks responsible for their retailers...

I'd say E2save are a pretty safe bet when considering cash back deals, I'm on a 12 month contract with o2 on a price match deal and have just made my first successful claim.
Pretty good deal, the only downside I've found with the N95 is the battery life but apart from that it's a good phone.

Scorpiostar, i have to say that imo e2save are more reliable than your links :p. Only kidding.

I have had quite a few cashback deals with them and they have paid out everytime 'touches wood'. Just my opinion. Aren't they offspring of the carphone warehouse??
#11
Fancied it but want to keep my number and can't port it until May.
After Quidco, it works out at £8.63 pcm. Superb value.

Yep and I'm just taking them to the small claims court for changing the T&C's mid contract without telling me and refusing to pay cashback based on the new T&C's :x

I noticed recently that they've changed them to only give you 28 days rather than 30 days and introduced a clause giving you a timescale from the day that you signed up that never existed.

Is that the change you're talking about?
#22
wtaching gam3rs responses bigtime- so i dont fall foul!
looking forward to getting the phone for this price though........i'll tell you again in 1 yr!
#23
Where's this deal? Best I can see is £20/mo for for £15/mo, both after cashback.

No, many of use were given T&C's that state its one month from the date of the required bill however they have decided to make the window 30 days from the anniversary of the contract start date.

I was told on the phone that if I did not have the correct T&C's then that was my problem and they could not do anything.............................. I have two sets of T&C's (both the same), they supplied them both, one I printed at point of sale and the other arrived with my phone. Yet I have the wrong T&C's and thats my fault :whistling:

I'm disappointed, I seem to have missed out on this cracking deal too :(

Looks like they sold out...

I don't think thats quite true. It's only for normal people that we must complete the tax stuff before april.

For businesses it's whenever the business was first registered (image if a business registered on 30th march? They'd be screwed!)
