12 Month Cheque Back Terms and Conditions

Send your 6th, 8th, 10th and 12th monthly bills within 60 days of the date stated on the relevant airtime bill, to us and we will credit you by cheque with 25% of the total amount at each redemption period*

This will save you the stated amount over the 12 month duration of the contract.

*Approximately 25%, the combined total of all Four Cheques will be equal to the stated amount.

Obviously cashback haters voting this cold. Your basically getting the Phone for £245 and all those mins and texts free. Only downer is you dont see any cashback until after the 6th bill.

Voted hot though.

Six months stress, baillifs being involved, court cases and then the reputable dealer lost in court just so I could get the money back they made it impossible for me to obtain. I won the case in the end but it left a very sour taste.

In theory it is a good system but is open to abuse by retaillers and you stand to loose it all if the retailer ceases to exist. Even the so-called reputable ones are not as when a mistake is made you end up stuck in the call centres, letters are meaningless and unanswered, you have to be willing and able to sue them.

I don't hate cashback but don't brand everyone as haters "because they screwed up". It isn't always our fault, some of us cannot afford to loose £250- and not all companies are quite as honest as they should be.

I know it can be an uphill struggle if it screws up, but to tar every cashback deal with the same brush is wrong imo.

If you cannot be thorough/pedantic/plan the cashbacks you shouldn't be using them ultimately.

Surely they can do better than this. Vote cold.

I followed Ducky's advice and still lost £420 cashback. Simply not worth the stress.

How do you know that???

They've only been open for business for a couple of months so I doubt anyone's claims are even due yet!!!

That's enough reason NOT to trust them.:? :w00t:

Probably hoping to rake in some sales before they go bust. :whistling:

Hi,

i bought this mobile on this deal and i think its superb deal.

You get £45 for quidco and £175 as cashback on £35 month contract.

Except O2 no other network is giving this mob free on £35/month contract and the mobile i recieved is in brand new condition.

Thanks

No good in my opinion, cashback can be a bit dodgy and there really isnt any point in getting this phone as there is a new n95 model out in a few weeks.
#18
that means i can now afford the old one then....

Who they are backed by makes little difference. My agro was with OSPS who used their "independance" from "][email protected] Wh0rehouse to give me the run around even though I ended up sueing CPWHouse directly. Likely to go broke, doubtful. Mind you, it shocks me that P4U haven't gone bust following their dire adverts!
