You can download them through your computer and install or it will download dynamically through your mobile connection (which could be xpensive)

Hi I have been looking into this phone and went down to the local network dealer and they told me not to get it because it has loads of bugs, the phone keeps crashing etc so I have decided not to go for it. Also same comments coming from other N95 threads on HDUK and mobile forums, am gutted as really liked the idea of a small smartphone

previous poster mention's stabilty problems re:N95; i've had mine bout 5 weeks now no crashing no freezing at all, Series 60 3rd is very polished product same can't be said for sony UIQ 9xxx (had M600i 4 a while) which has been left for dust by nokia
i know they are different installations but the p-900/910's i've had were excellent, at least up with the eqiv series 60 of the time, but sony's either ignored or allowed shoddy development.
anyway back on topic, got my N95 from tmobile £62.50 per month!! with Web & walk (which is fantastic, cheap as chips data should be avail from all networks) luckly am getting half price line rental for life from a friend at tmobile, no way i'd afford £60 per month!!

hope my rambling helps

If people like it buy it. that statistic seems wrong. Ive had 2 handsets with no problems what so ever. Reason ive had 2 is because i dropped mine and broke the screen, which happens when hit it on a certain angle and point of the phone

Got mine today from The Link, but its going straight back. The slider is awful and is loose on the righthand side, so when you're pressing the main buttons it rattles about. A quick Google reveals that this is a common problem :x

I called The Link to say that I wasn't happy with it and the snotty bloke on the phone said it will take about 1 1/2 weeks to get me a new one :? Quoted 3 days to get address labels, then I have to call DHL to collect, then when they receive it they'll process a new one

When I asked whether the new one would be checked for the same problem before sending he got very shirty and insisted that all of their phones were in perfect condition  Yeah, just like mine was :? I have a Link store not far from my work but apparently cannot return it there.

I currently have an N80 and was really looking forward to the N95. This has taken the shine off a little.

Anyone else had issues ?

About 37% of statistics aren't truthful ;-) Where did you get this stat from because I follow a lot of forums on the N95 and there are not many complaints.

Nope, mine is absolutely fine thanks. Looks like you have been unlucky, especially as the link don't seem helpful.
