Cannot tell you, sorry. Never tried it myself. According to Quidco it is 98%, so you have 2% chance to get very expensive phone :)

thats my only worry :) dont want to spend £500 on a phone, and then knowing they will decline quidco, although quite happy with my N95 for the moment :)

I just looked on Ebay, people selling them for ~ £300. Wait another month and get it for ~£220 -£250, when they will go slightly "out of fashion".

100% chance by my count.

Three are offering the phone at a £15 a month surcharge. Go with the standard 18 month contract, and that's £270, plus 18 months of a 300 minute xnetwork anytime contract, for a further £15 a month. £540 in total. Haggle and they'll give you the phone on a 12 month contract, which work out at £360, meaning it's £17 for a 300 minute contract. Standalone handsets aren't a good deal.

I recently bought E71 and got £99 as Quidco cashback. Initially it didn't track properly but I enquired it on Quidco website and provided all the order refs etc.. Finally I got the money. I'm sure you will get it but you need to follow up in case if it doesn't track. Quidco guys are good and they respond promptly.

Just curious but does anybody know when Quidco offered 30% cashback before? i'm wondering whether I should get the phone I want now (N82), or wait till April when I'll probably go onto a sim only contract.

Are Three quite open to altering their contracts?
Is this in-store or by phone?

By phone.

Some agents will do it, others won't. You've just got to pose as a serious customer and string them along for as long as possible. Longer the phonecall, more pressure there is on the agent to make the sale. You'll probably be knocked back a few times if you call up, but keep trying, and you'l find someone who'll knock your contract down to 12 months. Just act cool, keep the call friendly, and let the salesman think he's in control.

I got my N95 knocked down to a 12 month contract after about thirty minutes haggling and letting the salesman try to persuade me to take it up. Stopping the agent periodically to google the phone helped too. Good luck with your efforts, dude.

How long will the 30% be available for?
