Meet the Nokia X6, the first device in the latest Symbian X-series line-up. Trace its heritage back and you'll be greeted with the well establish Nokia Xpress Music family. As with every evolution, things have been lost along the way, but only to make room for bigger and better features.

The most important upgrade is the memory; an impressive 16GB of internal storage leaves plenty of room for tracks and images alike. Just in case that's not enough there's also an external card holder to add more juice. The 5megapixel camera flaunts a range of features including Carl Zeiss optics, autofocus, duel led flash and geotagging. There's also the all important image editor on hand to sort out any problem photos.

The Nokia X6 has got a load of communication features dedicated to keeping you in touch, quick access to social networking sites, voice calls and a wide range of messaging options should do the trick. Instant access to the Ovi store will prove useful, along with the Nokia Music license that allows you to download as many tracks as you want, legally and without paying a thing. And if you want to get some work done on the daily commute there's even Microsoft document viewer. The Nokia X6 really does cater for every need; all you need now is the kitchen sink!

X6 + Free Nintendo Wii or Ipod Touch with less cashback seems like the better deal, ie less hassle more instant rewards. Heat Added

Should be unlocked.

All o2 phones I've had on contract have been unlocked to any network.

Im looking to get a contract phone... worried about using dial a phone...

When you sign up you get free trials of technical support and insurance.. says you can cancel at anytime... is this all easy to do and work out?

and as for cashback.... how do you go about doing this? do they send you all the info?

Cheers.

thats the only thing thats puttin me off to be honest. but apparently they are supposed to be good. i think with the cashback they give it at different stages like month 3 £50 month 6 £50 etc, i think thats how they do it but dont take my word just incase
#17
can you transfer your old number to cash back deals
#18
Yes that is how they do it.

You have to send in certain invoices - i.e - months 6, months 11 etc etc to get the full amount in installments.
#19
what about keeping my phone number?? im on o2 pay as you go

Should be able to transfer it.

I had my contract number transfered to Pay & Go so don't see why they can't do it the other way around.

Can anyone verify whether dialaphone send o2 phones out as unlocked or not?

I was about to buy a sim free X6 from Nokia for £299 to put my T Mobile sim into as ive a great tariff with them but if these are sim free this would be a much better deal.

I have a Samsung Tocco Ultra on a o2 contract and have used T-Mobile in it loads of times.

I'd imagine every o2 phone is unlocked. I know Vodafone contract phones are too.

I went from Quidco to TopCashBack, ive had no issues with tracking when using TCB. Also TCB has no £5 admin fee.

all this mixing and matching for a nintendo wii or a sony PS3

lets make things simple!

for those like me wanting a bog cheap deal on the X6

go through topcashback - paying £50 on contract deals
select X6 White,
sort/order tariffs by lowest effective monthly cost
O2 100mins and unlimited texts is £3.13
and complete purchase!

the maths as follows

£15 x 24 = £360

£360 - £285 dialaphone cashback = £75

£75 - £50 (topcashback payout) = TOTAL COST!!! £25

£25/24 = £1.04/month

Wii deal (prob simillar thing with PS3)

£360 - £130 dialaphone cashback = £230
£230 - £50 (topcashback payout) = £180
£180 (is in effect what you pay for the Wii) - this you can buy alone cheaper elsewhere!!!
#36
does downloading the free songs cost anything ? ie data usage costs
