this is a really nice looking pieceof furniture and bigger than i expected, cheaper by far than anywhere else ive looked. took my hubby half an hour to put together and its solid, looks like it cost a lot more than it did. oos online but loads left in my local asda in hull, hessle road. all the rest of the pine furniture has been reduced too.

hot ,looks good for a toy box

yeah i was thinking that too, it has a slow closing lid so as not to trap little fingers. im considering picking another one up while they're so cheap.

Does it have a proper solid wood base/floor inside as some of these have a thin board at the bottom that bends easily when you fill it up.

Seen them in store but have been bothered about how sturdy they are. Is the bottom of it as solid as the rest?

Annoyingly my local Asda didn't have any of these. Its a bit of a mini Asda in Yeovil though(used to be a coop supermarket) so its a little bit smaller than regular Asdas and seems to limit its range slightly. The nearest proper one is the Taunton store. Oh well.
