Try and go when they set off the fireworks in the Fjords.

It called the Fjord Fiesta. :p

Good price. We are on the Oceana the week before sailing round the Fjiords and that cost us £579,

£604 for the same cruise with http://www.bonvoyage.uk/

Sorry cant seem to post the exact link but just do the search and you will find it.

Ah, heres the direct link:

http://www.bonvoyage.uk/p-and-o-cruises/oriana/12-14-night-arctic-circle-and-norway/#X415

As this is a P&O saver fare you cant choose the cabin location and they tell you which sitting you are on for dinner. Also, Oriana is adults only. Good price.

[email protected]! Why do I work in a school? (and no..........I'm not paid for holidays, so its a double whammy!!)
#14
No inside cabins left when you click through
#15
Same price going directly through P&O this isn't an 'offer' of any kind, just Iglu advertising trying to make money for themselves

Celebrity have a rather better reputation than P&O these days - I think you made a wise choice. P&O (who are doing this cruise) have cut so many corners over the last few years you might think you were at Butlins. That's fine if you're a fan of Butlins - but not so good if you're naive enough to believe all the P&O marketing hype aimed at making people think it's a quality product.

I think they have the Inside & Outside cabin prices the wrong way round?

We've also sailed with p&o I felt that celebrity won hands down on everything except food, the main dining room was fine but the casual dining was poor.

I'm afraid I'd have to disagree with you. P&O likes to pretend that it's a little upmarket. In reality, it's now very much a downmarket product thanks to all the cuts in standards imposed by the Carnival accountants running it. They love to cling to the very dated 'formal' dining, but making their guests wear dinner jackets can't change the poor dining standards.

My daughter and her boyfriend are going on that one too! Hope you all have a great time - we LOVE the Fjords and Norway. We have always found P&O to be good, although all cruise companies seem to be cutting back a bit (we've found it on Princess and Holland America this year!)

Booked two weeks cabin with a window at £700pp (negotiated to match bon voyage on the phone), can't wait. Thanks for sharing Op.
