Used Norwegian twice, and was impressed. Budget prices but better service and seating than the normal budget. Will use again this year, and this deal is typical of them. Hot for me

Norwegian are now my airline of choice. Really recommended, great prices on a nice new Dreamliner to USA.

I had to call their helpline once....a person answered the phone...not even a menu to navigate through!

Good price, been with Norwegian recently, great value for money.

For a bigger discount using the Norway website of Norweigan. Typically 10% cheaper for the same flights.

*Except it seems for the Boston flightsr

How can they even make money at this price?

Do they skimp on maintenance, pilot pay, etc?

May be no pilot and passenger will help themselves to fly the plane and all passengers will bring their own food ;)

They overcharge for everything else. Baggage is £50 each way, that's half of the ticket. Boston is generally very low demand travel wise compared to NY/LA/Miami hence why it's cheaper to begin with. They charge you for food, seat reservation, etc.

Maybe it just shows how much extra profit other companies make on each flight.

Pay the little extra and fly the 3rd. You can be in Boston to watch the Super Bowl on the Sunday and then see the actual Lombardi trophy when the Patriots parade it through the city on the duck-boats on the Tuesday or Wednesday the following week.

I flew with these last June to Norway - flights and everything were fine. Then I got an email at the end of that month saying I owed them €9 for an air tax that Norway had imposed on them that they knew about but had not charged me when I booked because they were appealing against it. Cheek! It was a tax on them, not the passengers and they were trying to pass it on - they are still waiting... (but other people in my party paid it!)

already posted a month ago and still alive...

I'm not sure I want to go to Boston the news said they are all racists there, which is a generalisation of course, and I could just go in the car if I wanted anyway.

Last time I compared against BA and Virgin there wasn't a huge difference once you added luggage both ways, seat reserveration, food and other bits that might be optional extras. The biggest problem I consider to be is that they only fly 4 days a week, once a day (If I'm not mistaken) which means a plane that goes tech won't fly and you'll be waiting 48hours for the next flight.

I had no trouble when I've been there and not heard it to be a problem as such but might depend where you go. I fly in, spend a day or two there then drive elsewhere.... for me there's nothing much to see after day 2.

However, my wife does refer to the locals as Massholes.

but we need to pay for food at this air line.

Used this airline before and never again. Absolutely dreadful. Definitely worth paying more especially on a long haul flight.

What was wrong with them?

Used norwegian last week for a 2 hour flight. Was really good and the wifi worked well. They also let me off the 1kg I was over on my hold luggage and got the exit row to myself!
