This is not a HOT HOT deal, but I thought I'd post it as it's a realy funky item. It would be a great gift for a female relative or friend! I like it! It is £3 from woolies, where you can reserve online and get it delivered to your local store for free. Otherwise, the delivery charge is £4.95...(!)

It's a fun retro apron, featuring a detailed print of a 50's housewife on the front. It's 100% cotton apron and is machine washable, making it practical and fun!!!

It is nostalgic indeed... These days aprons are no-go for women (at least for my wife) ;) And isn't the term "housewife" is a bit politically incorrect? Shouldn't it be something like "accomodation manager" or "house on-site support engineer"? :D

(I probably had too much of Guardian) :)

Do you break out the rolling pin and aerial crockery for some "Husband Education"?

Why, yes! I have one of those rolling pins made from marble. It's really rather handy!

When you reserve from Woolies online, do you have to pay first, or do you do so at the collection point?

The matching oven glove is also available for £2, for those of you who have the apron already

Thanks emmajk42. I treated myself to the oven gloves today. Though perhaps treat isn't the right word. :)
