This will also need a optical drive (£15), hard drive (£30 to £50) and an operating system (linux, Windows)

I guess the only "problem" is that it is a very small motherboard (Micro ATX at 9.6" by 7.7") which will be fiddly to add anything (graphics card etc)

Lots of other barebones offers available from Novatech
You'll get more bangs for your buck buying an AMD based bundle in this price range and MicroATX is the standard size for most modern motherboards and isn't fiddly unless you want to add a lot of PCI cards.
