Looks like a good deal to me, have some heat.

Great ready made NUC.

Just add choice of OS, which can be free, or, something like the Linux based Kodi VAAPI setup if using as a media player/streamer.

Unlikely perhaps but is it fanless (silent) ?

The celeron N3060 isn't exactly stellar, 975 on cpu benchmark.

Atom x5 and x7 are twice as fast.

If you follow the link to Novatech, it states in the description:
"
Fanless design
Enjoy near-silent operation thanks to the fanless chassis design.
"

I'd say yes, it is fanless :)

This type of low power nettop is ideally suited to HTPC (has built in acceleration for H.264, HEVC, VP9 up to 4K resolution). LibreELEC runs great on low power systems like this. However the 240GB SSD is overkill for LibreELEC so you may be better off with the barebones version.

If you are using it as a daily Windows machine, you'll find it pretty sluggish for a lot of things. Fine for browsing and email.
