I got one from Amazon (SD), one on eBay from a 99% long time seller (MicroSD), both were 4GB I got last year.Checking what Becksgirl has posted, I would have known they were fakes from the start, as the Micro SD was bundled with SD Adapter.I wouldn't have been worried about it not being a real Sandisk, but I had the SD for my Camera, and after a while it became corrupt, I lost all my images! and couldn't even get the card to format, either in camera or on PC, which would suggest, not only not a Sandisk, but also not the 4gb capacity I was expecting, the only other card this has happened with is a TDK, also 4gb.
Maybe I'm being too cynical, and I was just unlucky so actually I think I'll probably give this deal a go, it's so cheap that it's worth risking, but before I start using it, I'll run it through H2testw first, then at least I'll know I really have 16gb, whether it's Sandisk or not.
Just confirms what I have always been doing: pay a couple of pennies more and get it directly from Amazon.
The Sandisk SD card I bought, was from Amazon, and it wasn't a marketplace seller.Maybe that one wasn't fake, and I was just unlucky that it went corrupt on me, but as it happened whilst away and had to buy a replacement, I didn't bother exchanging when I got back, although in fairness to Amazon, I'm sure they would have done.Anyway, decided to get one of these, for which tablet I get.I've decided against the Nexus which as good as it is, is about £60 too expensive to justify what use I have for a tablet, so I think it's gonna be the Sumvision Cyclone, or maybe the Elf II, at least I'll have the memory card!
