I got this drive when it was on offer at Scan for about £76. Amazing drive, pretty fast and deadly quite. I have a case that really picks up and amplifies vibrations and this drive is practically silent!

nice, but alas ebuyer cant deal with my business as 4 years ago as i had a different shippinf address from my debit card, they blocked all purchases and the only way they would unblock it is if I send a letter and fax through, with proof of address and passport details!!! Are they **** mad! Last week I tried to buy some artic silver 5 thermal compund for the princely sum of £5.00! Guess what Item was cancelled same reason as four years ago!!! Get a grip ebuyer!

Seagate now owned by Maxtor - not the brand they once were. For a small drive/personal files or expendable gentlemans video content OK, but I wouldn't put 2 Terra bytes of work files on one. Talk to Overclockers - they recommend Hitachi Deskstar and so do I - never had a problem, no clicks, nothing.
