Not voting either way, but in my opinion £4.99 is the price it should be in the first place - seems reasonable for a day, £9.99 seems ridiculous and I wouldn't pay it out of principle.

    Just my two cents.

13:30 kick off tomorrow and it's a 24hr pass - might as well use it for the Aston Villa v Chelsea at 17:30 today game too.

Agreed. I don't see how they can be selling this at £9.99. That's ~£300pcm.

    Crazy!!

You guys never heard of wiziwig?

You mean the site that provides links to illegal streams that don't always work?

Plenty of freebies out there if you prepared to wait. Free passes on packs of lager before Christmas, one for promotion for the Capital One Cup a Final last month, used to be one for signing up to betting site. Don't think any around at moment to be fair. Once passes loaded, you get a year (in most cases) to watch. If pass set off at 5.30ish on a Saturday you can get the Saturday Night game, the first Sunday game and half the second Sunday game. But for non-football-ists you do get all 6 sports channels including F1. Need around at least 2mb to get smooth picture judging by experience. Free alternative - find a friend or family member with Sky Sports and use one of their SkyGo allowances! By the way, in April 2014 Sky have 2 Sundays running with 3 Premier League games on each day - 20 April: Norwich v Liverpool, Chelsea v Sunderland, Everton v Man Utd. 27 April: Sunderland v Cardiff, Liverpool,v Chelsea, Crystal Palace v Man City. Kick offs are 12:00, 14:05, 16.10 respectively both days. Use your free passes wisely!!

Have bought 2 on eBay in the last 3 weeks and neither of them worked (codes were rejected as invalid). The first guy refunded me. Am still waiting to hear back from the 2nd....

How do you add the discount coed, I can't seem to get the sports pass for anything less than £9.99?
  14. deleted1015660's avatar
I went there and it's not letting me add the discount code anywhere. I signed into my nowtv account, went to my account and there is nowhere i can see to enter a discount code for sports, it gives me the option to enter one for entertainment package , but no option to enter a code for sports package?

I already have a Now Tv box.Can someone confirm that i will get cashback for just purchasing the sky sports day pass even if i am existing Now Tv customer.Because both Quidco and Topcash say cashback is available only for New Customers.

Ditto. Looks like it will only pay out on new registration customers.

    I'd go for this @ £4.99 a MONTH for SS1 and SS2...

...and just connect my phone to my TV using a micro-USB-to-HDMI cable.

Wouldn't use it again. Buffering a lot and went off on 3rd pen so missed it hit post

  26. Norwichlad's avatar
Lol, yeah. I'd say this was only slightly better. Def not paying for it again
  27. Norwichlad's avatar
I have 50mb broadband, buffered about 6 times, 2 min delay, went off on 3rd penalty and had to refresh. Terrible experience
  28. nadzzz's avatar
In terms of streaming quality I watched the F1 as well as both football games today and never had any buffer issues - flawless streaming all day. I do have Fibre broadband and my ISP doesn't limit my line at peak periods so not sure if that helped.

Not worth the £9.99 obviously but free passes or this deal sounds good if you need it.

The NowTV offer appears to have expired - it seems to be the same one I got a pass through a couple of monthe ago. Morrisons (South Yorkshire area) still had the Carling packs with codes last week - packs looked well worn and the stack had been rummaged for them. Got mine though.
