For those existing customers I have a deal that won't always work but is worth a try.
1. Initiate a cancellation of the package
2. Answer the questions in the questionairre to reflect that it costs too much
3. A new offer may be shown to you , for example I have sky movies for £2.99 for 3 months.
This is very similar to the deal for sky customers in that it's essentially the same questionnaire.
Wait until the day before your bill just incase as not everyone gets offered a new deal and I don't want to be the reason for someone losing half a month of subscription.
