If you already subscribe for £8.99 a month to nowTV you can reduce this to just £4.99 a month for 4 months.

Just go to you your account, click cancel, select too expensive as the reason and click continue, it will then take you to the last page where it will offer you £4.99 a month for the next 4 months.

Just done this on mine, my Mum & Dads and my neighbour, same results each time.

I know a similar offer was posted recently but this was just for 2 months.

Is for the movies or entertainments pass? Movies was reduced to £5.99 last time I looked, so a pound a month better.
#2
good deal for movies. I done the same thing last month and got 5.99 for 4 months so this is even hotter.
#3
it's just the movie deal as far as I can tell. I dont subscribe to the entertainment package so cant verify this. I just had a look online and its £8.99 a month for new users so saves £4 a month
#4
Thank you
Just completed

Be careful, you sign up using your card not your bank details so no direct debit for you to cancel if you want to cancel and can't . After a free trial I had hellls own job trying to cancel and after I did they still took the next months money. Have a look on google before signing up to see how many people have had the same problem!

done this twice first time I got the 4 months at £4.99 second time I got 4 months at £5.99 and never had trouble cancelling which I've done a couple of times quite easy to do on your online account

Just got an email from Nowtv offering me an Entertainment pass for £2 for 2 months.

I haven't used it for a year or so, and seems to be not a general offer
#10
Showing up as £8.99/m in my account. So the offer is not for everyone.
#11
Didn't get offered anything

NO YOU CANT...it took two hours of going round in circles, this may have been due to issues with their website that may have been resolved now but it still happened. Only did it by getting on Facebook and Twitter so the world could see what was going on so NOW TV sprang into action. And I did not imagine the fact that they took money from my account AFTER they had confirmed cancellation. The web does not lie, type into Google " cancelled NOW TV and money still taken" to see just how many people have had similar issues!!!

Thanks OP

The web doesn't lie!?!? You've got to be kidding me...

And yes it is incredibly easy. One of the options in the online account is to cancel. No calling or emailing required. Maybe they had a glitch at some point, but normally it is incredibly easy.

I'd also wager that the people getting charged after cancelling cancelled their account too late to stop the next billing cycle. Again there could have been a glitch in the past, but it's not how it's normally done.

I've just tried this and right enough it's now £4.99 a month.
#17
Yup worked here as well.
Cheers, have made a diary note to cancel it in four months
#18
Thanks OP - just reduced mine from £8.99 per month to £4.99 per month as you stated :). Excellent !

Anybody tried this with the entertainment pack ?
#19

Cheers OP! I also have a 4 months voucher to apply from when I bought the box at xmas for £35 or so that I haven't yet used. If I apply this now, will this cancel my 4.99 offer?

Just to clarify its £2 per month for two month then it goes up to £4.99/month but cancelling before the two months are up cancels the voucher offer

I am currently on the £5.99 a month option and I tried cancelling that subscription (and yes Bigrexia IT IS that easy) but didn't get the option for £4.99 so just restarted my £5.99 pass.

Great deal.

Worked for me. Just finished my free month via john Lewis voucher code so came just in time.
#30
Worked for me
#31
Also worked for me thanks
#32
Brilliant thanks... worked for me... I got the £4.99 a month offer for 4 months.

Also tried it with the entertainment pass, but it didn't offer anything. But sort of saving again cause doing it has made me cancel which is fine cause we only signed up for Game of Thrones....

Thanks OP
#33
I don't think the selection of movies are that good, unless it's improved recently... Though if you even watch a couple of movies a month it's probably worth it.
#34
thanks also worked for me :-)

I got this offer too; I've had a couple of reduced price trials before, and never had any trouble cancelling, so I signed up to watch a couple of Sky Atlantic shows I wouldn't normally get to see.

The only problem I've ever had with NowTV is not getting the M&S voucher that was supposed to come with one of the trials.

Oh you are hilarious....

Not that your stupid point makes any sense. Now TV would have more than one employee, and even if I was their sole agent I could do that while posting here simultaneously...
