AAW, I so love henry, didn't they used to sell other character faced hoovers too, or did I just dream that?
Not a bad price, just wish I needed one!
#3
I hear very good things about Henry, I just wish my Dyson would give up the ghost so we could consider getting a replacement.

You probably won't need to wait much longer. :giggle:

It was also available for the same price with 10 bags, I don't know if it is still available:

My god we have had a lot of vacuum cleaners over many years and the Henry is the best ever vacuum cleaner great machine not sure on price thou

Personally Henry was one of the worst I have had, not a very good pickup, with hair from a dog and two cats its terrible. I go through hoovers like mad. Sorry I rated this one cold.

They will never fo out of business though with Centre Parcs having one in every villa!

Great hoover, I have had one for almost 7 years and still as good as new with no loss of suction.
#10
Amazing hoover, well worth the ££

Good price, I see Dixons are doing it for the same price but with delivery on top. Hopefully other retailers will follow suit, increasing the opportunity to use Quidco and/or voucher codes.

I will be purchasing one when/if I can get one for around £70

We have one of these , also my mum has a cleaning business and can say these are easily the best value for money hoovers with great cleaning power you will find in my books .

We paid £110 for the henry with the pet attatchment and although the pet attachment is only powered by the suction it definately works well.

I think this is a decent price although not by a whole lot as when i was looking for one we were finding them about £90 for the basic henry but i vote hot ;-)

Have you guys tried ebay... I noticed the NRV (industrial version of this) for £84.99 on there.

ZigZag - you should have got the Henry Hound for animal hair. I got one and after trying almost everything else on this planet (including Dyson and Miele), the Henry is the best for dog hair and smell control. It's not cheap though at around £150 but Dyson and Miele are even more money and not as good. The Henry is also silent and does not freighten the cats.

Brill little hoover for the price, we got one a year ago when our trusty old-school Vax packed in.

Can't vouch for the sellers, but there are always plenty on at this kind of price.

Or the regular model;

Can I just correct eveyone and say that its a vacuum cleaner, not a hoover. Hoover is a brand. ;-)

In my opinion these are the best value vacuums on the market. When I worked for Currys and always recommended these to customers!

By the way I wouldn't touch a Dyson, so many came back faulty.

So the Commercial one is the same as this one ie :-

The NRV200 is the Henry Commercial, its pratically exactly the same as the Henry, its the same size, has the same power, weight, capacity, cable, kit and still has that beloved smiley face.

Don't know if they're still in stock, but these were £79 in some larger Homebase stores just after Christmas. Showing as £99 and out of stock online though.

We bought a Henry before Christmas - fantastic vacuum, if anyone would prefer to buy his lady friend Hetty, the best price I've found is £93.49 delivered here
The site claims free next working day delivery for orders over £60, so if you want an ordinary Henry quickly, then it might be better than Amazon (£89.95 for the red one)

Good price.

I would buy it, but I alreay had an argument with the wife last week, where she insisted on paying the extra three quid (making it £93 at costco) to buy the pink 'hetty' complete with fluttering eyelashes.

Needless to say I got funny looks when I hoovered the car out on sunday.

By the way. My local supply shop charges £5 for 4 hoover bags. £1.25 per bag.

I bought 100 bags from costco for £22. 22p a bag!

Probably not a hot deal, but a good investment if you have the cash, or can split with friends.

Just bought one :)

Needed one for ages for new house, loads of dust and dirt hanging about...

Thanks :-D
#25
Great Vac this - had my Henry for 13 years and still going strong. You also don't have to use bags.
#26
cool... just bought one from John Lewis for £90 with 20 bags and £6 quidco.
#27
