Well just buy the cheap ones and put them in the empty Nurofen box :p
Better still, learn to chillax and you won't need to take the tablets at all ;)
The medication is simply Ibuprofen. Ask your chemist for unbranded Ibuprofen and, save a few pennies for your retirement!

Nurofen migraine pain tablets and Nurofen tension headache tablets contain ibuprofen lysine, which is a form of ibuprofen that is more soluble than regular ibuprofen. This means that it starts to work more quickly than regular ibuprofen tablets/caplets
So, if the above is correct, then it might be worth paying the extra for quicker results.
