sorry did not put ocado in the title. cheapest coconut oil by far. It might be available at Amazon as they price matched ocado's last offer on the smaller sized jar.

Good price for the amount.. I usually buy the Biona brand for not much more though:

Can use it as a cooking oil. Its good for you and can be also used for oil pulling. It is a great fat as the liver uses it directly for energy due to the high mcfa (medium chain fatty acid ) content so does not need converting etc with no insulin spike. It has a high smoke point which makes it good for cooking with and i find it nice in home made curries or if i have beans with crushed raw garlic in. The fat makes the raw garlic edible and reduces any burning in mouth.
You can also use it as a moisturiser lol. It is also good in porridge or coffees although if you are new to it, might take a little getting used to.

There is a much better deal available at Costco on a cost per gram basis for a different brand that is also unrefined, organic extra virgin, if you can visit a Costco store:

I bought the coscto Coconut oil however, I feel it is not as good as others (unrefined organic) I have tried. It smokes when using it for stir fries, so I am no longer using it for cooking.
