Nutricentre Maximuscle Promax extreme strawberry £55.19 reduced to £13.79

First post. Seems a good deal although I'm sure the original £55 price tag was a bit steep. 61 left in stock at time of post. £5 delivery, no additional vouchers/coupons.

I was expecting this to be a bigger tub than 908g with an alleged RRP like that.
massively over priced, they are often on offer in Sainsburys for less anyway.

Edited By: riccom on Apr 15, 2016 10:31
yeh massively overpriced, purely because its manufactured by gsk!!
Maximuscle is so overpriced is unbelievable, your paying extra, not for quality but to pay there expensives for sponsoring athletes and all these advertisements!
75% off at nutricentre already posted anyway...

ordered 2 got them today. so as good as their word.
Wouldn't buy any with PhD on it after they blocked me and loads of others for raising concerns over their continued sponsorship of Chris Spearman after recent events.

Not a brand I would recommend to anyone, regardless of price
Didn't buy from these people but I have the Strawberry diet protein from PhD and so far so good!
Check your local tesco for whey protein sale. Just got ON Gold Standard 100% whey protein £14 for 2kg

Let's see how long it is until someone posts about how bad supplements are!!! Hot hot

Supplement, for a lot of people are essential, myself included. But this deal, for me, is as cold as it gets.
BCAA looks a good deal... A quick Google will tell you that at 12% quidco..

Just tried this and saved a lot compared to my usual spend.
Great find !
Use quidco ontop and its cheapest out there
Can't see realistic 40% from normal selling prices myself. 40% off RRP for the gullible pricing maybe but not normal selling prices. i pay less on a bad day for some items I just checked out
Problem is, they just put their prices up by 40% first!

If you sign up for their e-mails, they have a 'buy 2 get 1 free' offer every few months. I've put 3 large tubs of ON 100% whey for £93 on a few occasions this year.

Still not received it. Am going to get in touch with paypal and try get a refund. Proper rubbish website.
Load of crap?

Reviews: 1.9 out of 5 http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews105977.html

TopCashBack Reviews: Pretty much all bad http://www.topcashback.co.uk/nutri-centre/reviews

FB Reviews 2.4: https://www.facebook.com/thenutricentre?sk=reviews

Get the drift? Just because it's your deal does not mean that there are many others who have had a poor experience with the company. And as you can see, the general consensus is that their processes are shocking and delivery is painfully slow.

I received one of my bags one day, put in a PayPal Resolution on that evening as my other two didn't arrive. Then next day my remaining order turned up. So my PayPal complaint didn't do a thing. I think they just waited for the re-stock and just didn't communicate it.

I guess you will be buying from them again as you loved their service..

I've got 3 x 5kg bags. So I got a while yet. Will have to wait until they do the 3 for 2 deal again.

Yes I agree mobbsy9, communication was the key but there was zero communication.
I think they might've been overwhelmed with orders a bit but that shouldn't excuse the poor customer service! Anyway I'm glad my order is complete but I won't be using Nutri Centre again any time soon

By the way, I received my 'chocolate' order yesterday and I must say I am impressed, mixed with water it actually tastes like choco milk.

Yeah I'm a fan of the chocolate stuff. Cheers for the heads up on this website, all the myprotein stuff appears to be cheaper than on the actual myprotein website!

Allopathic was the word that came to mind when replying although I'm not sure why you refer to it as "ridiculous" - is it because you had to look it up?

That speaks volumes about you, sir.
The term is redundant and certainly ridiculous. Only used these days by people who think there is something called 'homeopathic' medicine (i.e. buffoons)
Mascherano;7017342
.
p.s. do you have to use the ridiculous term "allopathic practice"

Many people swear by alternative natural medicines as opposed to drugs accociated with allopathic practice.

Everyones entitled to their own opinion but whatever you say this is a very good deal.

Many people swear that prayer helps them overcome illness. At least prayer is free.
Had a look at the site (the bit about athletic performance, anyway) and they are remarkably open about the absence of any evidence that their products work! Quite refreshing.

OK, it's not the most damning piece ever (not for The Nutri-Centre but, but let's face it these products are mostly (if not entirely) bogus nonsense with no evidence to suggest they do anybody any good whatsoever. If, knowing that you still want to buy them then BOGOF is a good deal.

I'm not voting.
