HUE+ is an advanced digitally controlled lighting solution for your PC. It uses CAM software for intuitive controls and allows for in-depth illumination customization through two channels of LED strips. Setting up the device is easy with versatile installation options featuring a daisy chained design and magnetic LED strips. Out of the box, it includes numerous Preset modes as well as Smart modes to react to changing PC conditions and Audio mode to provide audio visualization effects. I got mine for free with a motherboard purchase a few months ago. Quite good lighting effect but they give 4 LED strips and after just 2 months 2 of the strips stopped working. They sent out a replacement set on warranty, but I ended up having to pay customs of ~£15.

Not sure if it happened because I ran it with the lights on all the time (so about 5 hours a day), but surely LEDs should be able to do that. I have an excellent power supply so wasn't a surge issue...

I have it in my Corsair 540 air case running 4 strips and another 4 strips along the back of my desk it's a nice bit of kit if you play a lot of games it also gives the features to show temps/fps and there is a mobile app to allow you to change the colours/patterns away from the desktop. Only not to have is make sure you have a usb header free on mb.

Just bought one of these off ebay for £42. Looks good on youtube. You can plug these into any usb port if you have the correct usb to header lead I guess. I've given up on the front panel usb so I'd just grab it off the mobo
