Sign up to O2 Home Broadband or a new O2 mobile or Mobile Broadband Pay Monthly contract before 31 December 2009 and we'll give you a free £40 Arsenal voucher to use at Arsenal.com. Sign up for more than one and you'll get a voucher for each.

You get the voucher after subscribing, not during subscribing
no, you get the voucher 30 days after connection, i have just bought this.
Your £40 Arsenal Shop voucher could take up to 45 days to arrive. First, you’ll have to be connected to an O2 mobile contract, Home or Mobile Broadband for 30 days. In the case of Home Broadband, that’s from the day we text you to say you’re connected. After that, you’ll wait for up to 14 days before your £40 Arsenal Shop voucher arrives.
no, you get the voucher 30 days after connection, i have just bought this.

What i'm trying to say is, you can't use the voucher to discount your O2 subscription.
You can only use it in the Arsenal shop, hence the name "Arsenal Voucher"
Blimey, what timing! Heat, rep, Christmas Card too if you're lucky. Thank you!
BTW: At the moment TopCashBack are giving £50-£75-£100 for the subs too, rather than £50 Quidco.

To get the Arsenal bonus you used to have to sign up in a specific SMS way that precluded you getting the cashback too - are you 100% sure that has changed ?
The T&Cs are very explicit: "Offer applies to consumers purchasing O2 Home Broadband using the prescribed entry mechanic by sending a text message with the word GUNNERS to 60600 and who remain connected past the expiry of any “change of mind” or money back guarantee period offered by O2 in relation to their O2 Home Broadband subscription (“Return Period”). "
hence no online signup cashback opportunity ??? ie get £40 but lose £50-£75-£100 ?

Now the weblink you gave http://www.together-we-stand.com
is a specific entry point/page on the site, and NOT the one normally linked to via an online signup cashback referral site, so again are you SURE you can get both bonuses - if so then great find!

Certainly the promotion T&C's just refer to claiming within 3 days with your order number
"Claiming Your Voucher - When you order any of the above O2 services via together-we-stand.com or o2.co.uk, you will be provided with a unique number called the "Order Reference Number" at the end of your order. You will need this number to claim your voucher. Keep a note of this number and return to the Arsenal and O2 website (www.together-we-stand.com) within 3 days of ordering the O2 service to claim your voucher. "

Actually just read the full T&Cs and it does specifically say
"13. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions O2 are running at the same time on other third party sites such as cashback, recommend a friend or voucher sites. "
So using both would be a breach of the T&C's and cheating them if it succeeded.

Otherwise o2 home broadband deals in Sept is already rather well covered in the thread

You can 100% legitimately get o2 Premium for first 12 months for between £13.11 and £43.11 net cash outlay after blagging £75 cashback and first 3 months free - (and the £43.11 would leave you with £33+ of o2 mobile phone credit to use as you wish).
