Made this purchase the other day and it's still live. Buy a Pay-As-You-Go Motorola Moto E for £79.99 in the O2 Online store and receive a FREE pair of urBeats earphones which retail at £79.99 - no strings. Just choose any PAYG tariff.

The earphones get added to your bag automatically when purchasing the handset. They come sealed in the proper retail packaging.

Not a bad deal if you were planning to purchase either item anyway. Nice bit of sell on value in these two items.

How fast are they shipping? I'm visiting a friend in UK and will leave on Tuesday. Will the Moto E arrive in time?

no top-up required at the time of purchase.

you only need to top-up later, if or when you are using the SIM.

Dang! You look so cool wearing Beats on the tube.

Oh sorry, I thought I was five minutes in 2012 for a second there.

I doubt you could tell the difference without having the genuine ones, see so many people with fake beats thinking there amazing, when in fact there cheap chinese crap

From ebay they are likely to be from HTC phones simply with the HTC tag taken off. They have value, but not as much as a sealed unit.

A few comments on their feedback about them being fakes.

They aren't the same earphones as posted in this deal. Monster don't even make the Beats product anymore.

What other phones are available with the beats apart from this one, thank you

Yes, but I'm guessing most people buying Beats headphones for £27 on eBay will have 'MUG' written on their foreheads in permanent marker. If you look at their feedback a lot of people say their stuff is fake and speak of getting emails off them asking them to take it down, probably with a financial incentive.

I like this deal, but have a very naive question if someone might indulge me.........

I currently have a legacy Sim Only contract which I want to keep (it is incredibly cheap compared to anything currently available!). My present sim is a full-size one. If I were to go ahead and take this deal, then have the phone unlocked, could I just ask my provider (Talk Mobile) to send me out a micro sim to fit my new handset?

Most networks will replace the sim foc (although ee charged me £10.00)
A quicker way is to cut it down yourself (plenty of vids on youtube)
Or alternatively buy a cheap sim cutter off ebay (couple of quid)
Here you go 99p

They should send you one at no cost. I recently made a similar enquiry and they were prepared to send me one.

Many thanks zmb and kj - as just not done this sort of thing before was worried a) if I was likely to be able to get the sim without hassle and b) if they'd try to charge me an arm and 3 legs for sending a new one (or a mysterious 'admin fee' for swapping over!!!!!!). I'll give them a ring now I think and see if they might be willing to do it for zero ;)

zmb & kj - made the call to Talk Mobile - the guy was really good and is sending me a micro sim with the activation info for nothing! Said I hadn't even committed to buying yet, but he said it was best to get it ordered for me today anyway it as could take a few days to arrive......if I didn't go ahead with phone change, then nothing lost........GOOD SERVICE/ATTITUDE from them!

Thanks again for the encouragement.

Moto E is 3G only.

Are these unlocked? Awesome if they are .... also great price if you can sell the beats for a bit of ££ making the phone even cheaper and a great present for someone.
#33

any idea if these are locked?

While the phone is great, Beats headphones are garbage. So many nice looking headphones with excellent sound quality, like the Sennheiser Momentum or AKG K452s, and yet people still punish themselves with crap Beats.

Thanks op, my old htc desire finally packed up yesterday. I use it as my work phone and I have a nexus 5 for all other times. Ordered for delivery tomorrow. Will probably sell the beats headphones to get some money back. Have some heat.
