Good luck getting signal

Vague comment. I have been using O2 4G since they start, no problem and the signal is fantastic, comparable to EE 4G.

Would this work on a Samsung Galaxy Note (1) I'm not sure if it is 4G compatible.

If your phone's unlocked it'll work okay, you just might not get 4G unless your handset is 4G (LTE) version.

Yet to enter the 4g foray, but find O2 to be good enough overall, but... It does have a tendencyto drop now and then. Usually when it'sbattering down and the pubs are chucking out!!!!

Totally agree. EE has the worst signal IMHO. I'm currently with tesco mobile (o2) and they are spot on with fast data downloads and good call quality. Of course each person will have different experience with different networks, depending on where they live, wall thickness, mobile mast location and how built up the area is.

My advise is to first try all networks out on pay as go sims. Once you've established the best network for signal, then go with that.

I don't know if trying out PAYG costs money or not. A totally free way to test signal is order SIM from online store so you have 14 day return period.

I will never buy anything with these e2save jokers again after my last two purchases with them that never got processed.

Bunch of jokers.

All the options including this deal have a red cross next to the 4G.

Yes, seems users get more credit-related rejections from them.

It costs me 10 quid each month for the same deal and no contract

How I got it bought an o2 refresh contact via quid on (55£ cashback)
Phone tariff 10 quid a month and sim £23 a month o2 gave me 1 month free
Plus I got 30% discount on airtime
I paid off the phone contract by selling the phone that means I don't have a contact with o2 and I can upgrade or leave o2 anytime

23+55 = 73
23 minus 30% = 16.1 x 12 = 193 -73 = 123/12 = 10.1 quid a month

Normally you sell the phone at a lower price than you pay to O2, right? Also how do you get 1 month free and 30% discount?

Well I bought a s5 refurbished and sold it here for £269 purchase price

You can ask o2 people for 1 month free on chat if you push them they might give you more than one

30% discount is for o2's selected company employees and their friends and family

Hope that helps

Good luck with your signal.. no signal in Wigan, South Wales and West Wales, South London, Lake District, Sheffield and some parts of Newcastle. These are just a few places that I can remember. I've counting the days to the end of my 2 year contract and I have 3 months left. I've been with o2 since they were BT.. gradually gone downhill and that's the internet Signal and customer service and network... All I can say is they're awful. look on Trustpilot reviews for more info.
hope this helps.

not that i am a fan of O2's customer service i think they are stingy when it comes to compensating a customer however o2 is the only company whos network is available at my work place and i work in central london
