How did you get £150 cashback exactly? Not through Quidco. Sounds worth doing :)

Ah thanks - I was wondering that as well.

But bear in mind that BT has fallen out with The Cloud, so that option is no longer available from Thursday.

yeah how did you manage that?

i am on a 18 month contract with 02 which ends in Oct so seriously considering Simplicity.

would anyone reccommend i try to go thru quidco or just phone o2?

(i am thinking more about keeping my number, might be safer thru o2)
#12
Looking forward to KyleB's reply. That cashback sounds ace. I am already on an O2 contract
which runs out in Nov. I hope the deal is still going then - and that I get cashback - hopefully 150 quid of it.
#13
Orange contract up on 2nd October. Anyone got any better offer than this? Can anyone remember what the Virgin sim card offer was for £20? Good Deal, TY

i believe i am also on this tariff, 600 mins 1000 txt and a bolt on, but paying £35/months for it, 18 months contract. HOWEVER, i've been promised cashback of £200 every 6 months by bringing 6th bill to cpw store, meaning i'll get £600 off a £630 contract. what i did was to call them up asking for pac code and they offered it to me, so give it a try!
#18
If you just want 600 minutes and the unlimited texts instead of the other bolt-ons for £20 (or £15 for 250 Anytime minutes and 100 text or 150 Anytime minutes and 1000 texts), you might want to consider vodafone, as they give £90 cashback through quidco (as long as you stay with them for at least 4 months), and use code VODABLUE1 to get a free bluetooth headset. But it also says don't use google checkout or you won't get paid!
I am actually just about to sign up for this!

I'm sure they'd love you to upgrade! I was on the £25 one, sent an email saying the £20 deal was better and they switched me over in a couple of days.

Very pleased with their website for tracking how many minutes and texts I've gone through during the month - far better than when I was with Vodafone.

That seems untrue reading the article as it says: "O2, Orange, AT&T, iPass and many others are happy to do business with The Cloud." So O2 is still with them?

What a marketing ploy.

What was once known as 'BT Cellnet' and which is now known as O2 have no direct relationship. British Telecom parting ways with The Cloud has no affect on O2 or its customers. They are seperate companies.

O2 is owned by Telefonica.

Don't get exicted dudes, it aint for new customers ;)
#29
Can you port a number from a different network to this deal??

Any help appreciated
#30
I have thiis tariff for my son on my account, the free bolt on also includes FREE BLACKBERRY data. They don't advertise it but if you ask to swap your bolt on they will do it. Have the £20 per month for 600 minutes, 1000 texts and unlimited Blackberry data, awesome deal !!!

You weren't wrong! I emailed just to ask how i would go about upgrading and if i decided to do so would i be able to keep my number etc! Made it clear it was a question not a demand!:?:?

Nevertheless they have upgraded me anyway!:w00t: I suppose it isn't a bad deal!;-)

Sorry for the delayed reply... i got this through going through the retentions department... just did the usual haggling and the woman offered me £150 instead of some ****** handset to sell on ebay... saved me all the effort of dealing with rip off ebay/paypal so was more than happy :)
#33
quidco - only works for ONE order - i found out as i ordered one for a couple of members of family and only got the quidco for a single purchase - so, moral is, get another quidco identity.
#34
Can someone confirm if this tarrif still offers, 600 mins AND 1000 Texts AND a free Bolt-On? From the website and compared to other tariffs it seems like it doesn't have the 1000 Texts anymore...

So what? - if they continue with this deal forever that'll be great - it's surely the best deal in the market at the moment if you don't need a new handset.

I was with T-Mobile and switched to this deal last week. When I phoned T-Mobile to ask for a PAC code they started going on and on about being able to beat any other tarrif in the market blah blah blah and as soon as I mentioned the Online25 plan for £20/month they just gave me the PAC code ;-)

As the person above me just said, I hope it carries on each month. It is such a great deal it deserves getting on the front page of HUKD each month.

Anyone else see a similarity between the post I have just quoted and the End of the World Is Nigh placards that people used to carry round Oxford Street? Is "good" suggesting to the poster of this deal that it is time to repent?
