Right just been on the phone to o2. I have a simplicity contract which is something like £19.58 per month (until vat goes back up then will be £20) but they informed me they do a iPhone Simplicity contract now which is simplicity still the same 30 days and still the same price as mine, you get 1200 txts and 600 minutes BUT you now get free wifi, unlimited browsing, free visual voice mail etc. basically all the stuff the usual iPhone contact gives you but more minutes and more texts
Searched and couldnt find this posted so hopefully not a duplicate

She also said that they aren't allowed to add visual voicemail onto existing contracts. Basically she said everything I didn't want to hear - yet again O2's lack of loyalty shows through. I wouldn't mind if I was just a new customer trying my luck but I've been with them for years - although with recent network issues etc that may change.

Might as well start a post for Ferrari with tank of petrol for £60.... you just need to already own the Ferrari and drive into a petrol station......

I've had no problems with the iphone, it's just a pain searching for and installing new firmwares.

maybe because its specifically for the iPhone, no point in giving you visual voicemail etc for any other phone is there?, and thats what the tariff is called "Simplicity for iPhone"

Wrong, as you get visual voicemail also and you couldnt have unlimited web if you have wifi bolt-on where with this you can!

o2 monitor useage of their "iphone" sims and disconnect the unlimited 3g and wireless for people who are not using iphones which is why the title is correct
