Oaktree Baked Beans. Half Price 30p @ Tesco.

These are a great price at 60p a tin so a real bargain at 30p.

I admit to being a bit of a brand snob with my baked beans but these genuinely aren't too bad.

Hmmm. £1.20 for 4 of this 2nd rate brand. Or £1.32 for a 4 pack of Branston Beans at Asda.

I've never "bean" a fan of Branston beans. Find them very watery. But a good price.

Also Branston beans are 62p for a single can of comparable size.

Tried these before and they are rank rotten. Branston beans all the way for me. Heinz are a watery brand.

Kids probably won't notice a difference so good deal for some, especially if on a tight budget as they are cheaper per individual can as you said.

Just Tesco taking the p with their made up RRPs yet again.

The trick with buying the "value" beans is to...empty out the juice (water) and replace with ketchup.

"Beans, beans, they're good for ya heart. The more you eat the more you ........." ;-)

Branstons beans are the best in my opinion, I get a 3 pack from SAMs 99p store. Dated sept 2015.

The good old days when beans were 4p a tin.

Lidl own beans are around this price and often on offer @ 4 for a £1 and are better than Branstons IMO.

you are kidding right? oO

branston every time. Heinz are very watery these days.

"these genuinely aren't too bad" If that's the best recommendation you can give then I think I will stick with my already "aren't too bad" no brand cheaper beans.

Typical Tesco.....Every little helps....them.

Lidl sell their own beans at 4 for a pound.

Very good quality.
