I'm a big Oasis fan but have to say (IMO) this is there worst album to date, still for £1.95 is cracking value.

I'd say this is far superior to SOTSOG and Dig Out Your Soul. But at the end of the day, £1.95 for any of their albums is a no-brainer !

By their own admission - they're way overrated - sourcing most of their riffs from "The Best Of The Beatles" - and Noel freely confesses "We're past our prime".

But at this price its got to be worth going for 'cos Beatles albums are more expensive and this will save you having to trek through all their back catalogue to find the best chorus and hook lines.

Sorted!

over rated? madness! They're still selling out all over the world. The beatles, now they were over rated. Great band no doubt but the hype they get, now thats over rated.

Please, you are talking out of your ****. You find me a quote where Noel confesses they are past their prime and that they are overrated.

More than anything they are UNDERRATED! They get a hell of a lot of stick, some justified and most of it not.

Of course Noel admits to ripping off bands who has influenced him, but these range from the beatles, the stones, the pistols, the smiths and The stone roses.

As musicians the band are better than they have ever been. Dig out you soul featured a lot of complex guitar work (thanks to Gem and Andy who's presence has made Noel a much better musician than he was in the 90s).

However, im not deluded to admit they wont be able to create what they did in the 90s as that period was more than just great music. It was a generation of music fans that just clicked with Oasis.

Oasis may not be as good as they used to be, but they are certainly not past it...far from it.

At last, someone who actually undestands where the band comes from. I have one thing to say to all of the above, AMATEURS! I think every single album they have done is outstanding, some more outstanding than others, but all outstanding. What amazes me about Oasis is the amount of material produced. I have been following them from the start meticulously and still stumble across new recordings and footage I never knew existed. I believe that in time they will be regarded as one of the best bands he world has ever seen. Quality!
