Found this in my local Woolworths (Grays, Essex) on shelf with a load of other CD deals. Had a great big yellow sticker on it showing that its RRP was £15 but was now £2.47. They had about 6 left in my store when I purchased earlier today.

Was really impressed as cheapest I've ever been able to locate this for.

In-store only.

Sorry, having a later night 'moment'!!!

Also available on-line - please see link below.

hey ho - hopefully there are still some oasis fans out there that will appreciate it!

;-) :-D

the RRP is quite overpriced, it's quite a few years old now.

must admit that i thought the rrp was rather high too, but thought it was a fair deal for £2.47 :)

No thanks, I've enough coasters already!

pah - you bunch of misery guts! £2.99 is an excellent price for a great album, with songwriting duties spread across all members of the band, it's their most diverse album yet.

Like most Oasis fans though, I've already got the special edition though.

Worth it just for IOBI quality tune, and a good album

Stick to your Zutons, Klaxxons, Fratellis and Nickleback c_r_a_p and stop bashing the mighty Oasis.
It's a good album, but too many people here jump on the Oasis bashing bandwagon.

Wiki quote:

Considered a rebirth for the band, Don't Believe The Truth was released 30 May 2005, it was met with acclaim from critics and, especially, fans and was received as the bands best record since (What's the Story) Morning Glory?, with critics labeling it as "The most creative lot of tunes over the last decade." Although songwriter/guitarist Noel Gallagher is fond of the album, he has taken notice that it isn't quite as 'Rock 'N Roll' as their previous albums before. Noel Gallagher said to NME: "The finished album is my favourite one of the last four. Because we're all contributing to the songwriting there's a different feel to it. In fact, the only songs that sound like Oasis are Andy Bell's funnily enough." The album triumphantly won two Q Awards: a Special People's Choice Award and Best Album.
