This is not bad for a 256gb ssd drive with 5 year warranty. The other SSD manufacturers only give 3 years warranty.

Maybe...Samsung 830 has had very low or no problems at all. (i own a 64gb one and zero issues with it).
Just the OCZ is giving 5 year warranty which is huge. However, I never owned any OCZ and i am not aware of its quality and customer services.
