Is this the 34nm or 25nm version?

Not sure there's any way to tell. One things for sure, the latter is to be avoided.
Used the former since it's release, will not ever go back to spinning discs for boot.
It seems the F60 is the safe "budget" choice at present, being practically identical to the original Vertex 2.
