I would wait till m4 drops to £73-£73.50 again.

better £/GB ratio and better reliability.

(any price of 128GB up to £74.65 has that ratio better than this)

Gonna wait till these get to around £30 - then they'll be worth it.

Same here. But I might be tempted when they get to around £50...

They are worth it now. We're a very long way off from £30. I think ssd prices are meant to be stabilising about now.

I think they will stabilize when they reach under the £50 mark, for such a drop in size only people who really demand the speed upgrade will do it, most people will happily keep there 500gb or 1tb hard drives without realizing how easy it is to upgrade and keep the hard drive even if you have to remove the cd/dvd drive to install the optical hard drive. I know the performance is improved drastically but size sometimes trumps quality.

Is there much difference between this and the ocz vertex 3 120gb?

    What I can gather is

    OCZ SandForce-based offerings are
    - Vertex uses asynchronous NAND - faster
    - Agility uses synchronous NAND - cheaper (& slower)

OCZ uses their own Indilinx Everest platform in
    - The Octane uses synchronous NAND
    - The Petrol uses asynchronous NAND

Not sure what the mileage in the different controllers are, but if you can get an Octane or Vertex, then they would be the faster models in the product ranges.
