Mind you , I'm thinking of buying an OCZ , but most likely Indilinx based , not Sandforce ...
.. and who doesn't keep regular back-ups these days?
You call Scan "well known scammers" without any proof to back up your claim and instead advise shoppers to use a site CAUGHT falsifying reviews on its products...
I hope Scan go after your ass, unless you can prove they are 'scammers' of course.

Loads and loads of people don't backup. They should but they don't. My experience is currently with a busy computer repair shop.

all in both my most humble opinion and direct experience. Ass covered here..
Worse performance than a bog-standard hard drive.
Why not link to the review which shows that in other scenarios the OCZ is faster. http://www.destructoid.com/review-ocz-solid-3-solid-state-drive-211745.phtml
The WD Black series are Western Digital's "highest performance" range. Nothing like a "bog standard" drive at all.
Furthermore, I've owned two OCZ SSDs in RAID0 for over a year and have had no problems.
Worse performance than a bog-standard hard drive.
Busted! Cherry picked data to support your flawed argument. You should be a politician :P

Ummm. what the..?
I shop at scan regularly, I pick my items up at their warehouse. A lot of people working in IT with me use them a lot, I have NEVER heard of them 'scamming' anyone. They are one of the biggest IT stores in the UK after eBuyer and PCWorld..
Gotta say never had any issues with Scan been a loyal customer since around 2003, never had any issue and always been reliable so please let us know what how they are scammers ?
Maybe it was , whats that got to do with this drive?
